Pojagi is a patchwork technique bringing new light into reclaimed textiles

This practice originated in ancient Korea out of necessity and the desire to preserve small scraps of silk and cotton. Each piece carried the wishes and intentions of the maker and was a symbol of care and dedication.

The making of Pojagi is meditative and meticulous. In joining the pieces together, a new narrative is constructed whose beauty shines through the individuality of the different parts.༄
